Support

Use the GitHub issue forms for normal support and compatibility reports:

  • Bug reports: include OS, FL Studio build, Python version, bridge type, and fl_transport(action="ping") result.
  • FL build compatibility: include the controller build marker and the smallest rollback-safe reproduction path.
  • Workflow requests: describe the musical workflow and whether the requested action should be read-only, transient, write-safe-required, dry-run-only, or API-dependent.
  • API probes: use probe-only or rollback-safe evidence and update the Knowledgebase when behavior is confirmed.

Do not request unsupported automation as a support issue: plugin loading, project open/save/render automation, playlist clip editing, destructive pattern/clip deletion, raw API escape hatches, and full FLP restore remain out of scope.
